Welcome to Elemental Metrics, a project of Pockets of Progress LLC. By purchasing a pre-opening exclusive voucher or membership tier, you agree to the following terms:

1. Campaign & Pre-Opening Strategy:
You understand that Elemental Metrics is currently running a pre-opening campaign to secure local launch backing for our future Kyle location. Your purchase directly represents a commitment to join our founding community.

2. The 100% Zero-Risk Guarantee:
If our launch funding campaign threshold is not met by June 30, 2026, the local project will be paused and 100% of your payment will be automatically refunded directly to your card on July 1, 2026.

3. Voucher Redemption:
Once our launch timeline is finalized for Fall 2026, you will receive priority email access to book your private diagnostic session. Vouchers may be purchased as gifts; simply forward your official confirmation email to the recipient for them to redeem their session.

4. Medical Disclaimer & No Doctor-Patient Relationship:
You understand and agree that Elemental Metrics provides biometric tracking, body composition analytics, and metabolic data for informational, educational, and wellness optimization purposes only. The services, digital reports, and data insights provided do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Our team members operate strictly as biometric specialists, not as licensed medical physicians, diagnostic clinicians, or medical practitioners. No doctor-patient relationship is created by your purchase or use of our services.
